Form Designer Components

The Forms Designer is divided into four parts:

1. Ribbon​

The ribbon presents a set of commands that are:

  • Relevant to the form as a whole.
  • Contextual, related to the current control selected in the form.

2. Left Panel​

The left panel contains three tabs:

  • Data Tab: Provides access to the data model.
  • Control Tab: Displays all controls available for inclusion in the form.
  • Layout Tab: Enables manipulation of the design, allowing the separation of content into different sections.

3. Display Area​

The display area, located on the right, is where you design the form.

4. Device Tabs​

The device tabs present the different devices and form types created for the given task.
